7. Paid Listings and Sponsor Subscriptions
HackDB may offer paid listing and sponsorship plans.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize HackDB and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan.
Sponsor plans may be offered as recurring monthly subscriptions. If you purchase a sponsor subscription, your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, sponsor billing begins on the date of purchase and renews monthly on the same billing cycle.
Sponsor placement is limited, subject to availability, and subject to our editorial and moderation review. HackDB may reject or remove sponsor content that does not meet our standards, conflicts with site policies, or is otherwise not a fit for the platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, HackDB does not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, rankings, or traffic from a paid listing or sponsorship.
8. Cancellation, Renewals, and Refunds
You may cancel a recurring sponsor subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain sponsor benefits through that period.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where HackDB chooses to issue a refund at its discretion.
If a sponsor purchase cannot be fulfilled due to availability, moderation, or technical issues, HackDB may reject the purchase or cancel the placement and issue a refund or credit at its discretion.
9. Pricing and Fee Changes
HackDB may change pricing for new customers at any time.
If HackDB changes pricing or other material billing terms for an existing recurring subscription, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
Continued use of a recurring subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated price, unless canceled before renewal.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes affecting paid plans, recurring billing, cancellations, or your rights, we will provide notice as appropriate before those changes take effect.
Continued use of HackDB after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
